PokerAdmin is a management tool for live poker tournaments and cash games. It allows organizers to control the clock, blind structure, tables, players, prizes and more from any device.

No. PokerAdmin is not an online gambling platform and does not process real bets. It is a management tool for live poker events, similar to an advanced tournament clock.

Players can participate as guests without an account. However, creating an account lets you view your tournament history, statistics, league standings and request services from your table.

Only what is strictly necessary: name, email and password for your account. Optionally, profile photo and phone. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. You can find full details in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. From Settings you can export all your data in JSON format (GDPR Art. 20 — right to portability) or delete your account entirely (GDPR Art. 17 — right to erasure). Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Venues are independent spaces where tournaments and cash games are organized. Each venue has its own staff, players and invitations. You can belong to multiple venues with different roles.

Only if the venue organizer enables the geofence. In that case, you will be asked for explicit consent. Your location is processed locally in your browser and is never sent to or stored on our servers.

Organizers can create leagues that group multiple tournaments. Players accumulate points based on their final position in each tournament, generating a ranking. The scoring system is configurable.

PokerAdmin is currently available in Spanish and English. You can switch the language at any time from settings.
