Terms governing the use of the PokerAdmin platform.
By registering and using PokerAdmin, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
PokerAdmin is a poker tournament and game management tool. It is not an online gambling platform and does not process bets. The service facilitates the organization of in-person events.
You must provide truthful information, maintain account confidentiality, be 18 years or older, not use the service for illegal activities and respect other platform users.
You can cancel your account at any time from settings. Upon cancellation, all your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PokerAdmin and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or distribute the software without authorization.
PokerAdmin is provided "as is". We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss beyond what is reasonable, or how organizers use the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance through the application.
These terms are governed by applicable Spanish and European law, including the GDPR and LOPDGDD.
