**Session data**: Anonymized IP address and browser type, stored temporarily for security purposes (abuse prevention, rate limiting).
**Gameplay data**: Tournament history, positions, buy-ins, rebuys and game statistics. Required for the service to function.
Legal Basis for Processing
Contract performance: to provide the tournament and game management service you requested.
Consent: for optional data such as profile photo, phone and complementary services.
Legitimate interest: for platform security (anonymized IPs, audit logs).
Your Rights
Access: you can request a copy of all your personal data from your profile.
Rectification: you can modify your data from your profile at any time.
Erasure: you can delete your account and all associated data from settings.
Portability: you can export your data in JSON format from your profile.
Objection: you can object to data processing by contacting us via email.
Restriction: you can request processing restriction by contacting us.

Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Expired sessions are deleted after 30 days. Audit logs are anonymized after 90 days. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently erased.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), signed tokens and rate limiting to prevent abuse.
Cookies
We only use essential technical cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
